Once we have received your order, we'll ship it as quickly as we can using the most suitable third-party courier service or other delivery method selected by the Company. Shipping details for each product will be provided from our official email ID. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via an SMS or email and, when possible, an estimated delivery time.
The order will be shipped with proper packaging and invoice and delivery address, and at the time of taking order. Currently, there is no online tracking system for orders. Any orders relating to cancellations or replacements cannot be accepted once we have actually shipped your order. Refund or replacement will be made if the following situations occur:
Refunds would be processed through the same payment mode of payment. In case of cash on delivery/ cheque/ DD payments refund would take around 15-20 working days. Cheque would be issued against the name used while making billing.
The refund for undelivered item will only be processed once it has been confirmed that the product was indeed not delivered, and you have decided to receive a refund and not a replacement.
Refund: Refunds may also include cancellation charges on all orders. Returning postage fees are not refundable.
